Whether you’re an existing client or a potential new one; on this page I’ve attempted to present answers to the most commonly asked questions that people ask me when it comes to my services with the intention of giving you a quick answer to your queries. As experience dictates, I’ll supplement this list from time to time.

  1. Historically I have been a Keyclicks UK customer, where have they gone?
    Keyclicks UK Ltd ceased trading in late 2008. Customer accounts were transferred to iNet Engineers Ltd soon afterwards with services to those clients continuing unabated.
  2. How do I access my Hosting Account Control Panel, I can’t find the login panel on your site?
    You can access your hosting account Control Panel by visiting http://cp.keyclicksdns.net or http://cp.keyclicks.net depending upon the type of hosting account you hold. Use your account’s Username and Password to access your control panel. If you’re not sure what these details are, give us a call on 0845 6435 138 or email support@inetengineers.com
  3. How do I access my webmail, the link to the login page has disappeared?
    Use the link at http://webmail.keyclicksdns.net or http://webmail.keyclicks.net depending upon the type of hosting account you hold with us, to access your webmail login.
  4. Do you take credit or debit cards as a form of payment?
    At present the only way we are accepting credit or debit cards as a form of payment is through PayPal™. Speak to Debbe in accounts on 0845 6435 138 who will arrange payment with you. Please note, because of the high processing charges imposed by PayPal we charge a 3.5% fee on all PayPal transactions.
  5. Let’s Get Together. Where Can We Have a Meeting?
    Typically I hold my meetings at your premises whether this is your home or office. However, if this is not convenient, I have a growing portfolio of venues in the Yorkshire region where I like to hold informal business meetings. These venues are usually business centres, hotels and the like. I work from home and prefer to hold business meetings externally. The map below gives you the locations of my favourite business meeting venues.
