Twitter for Business Workshop

Missed my Last Twitter Workshop for Beginners?

Following the success of my last Twitter for Business seminar in June; I am, in conjunction with Bradford Grid – Bradford’s business incubation and support social enterprise initiative; repeating the event at the Park Lane Business Centre (off Manchester Road) in Bradford, West Yorkshire on Tuesday 11th August 2009, between 10am and Noon.

Here’s what attendees said of the last event:

Vicky Endogan, owner of Solutions Bookkeeping in Huddersfield remarked of the event afterwards;

Before Jaimie’s Twitter introductory session, I had an account, but had never used it and had no idea how to start. Today I’m Twittering away, I have people following me and am using my Tweetdeck ! The session was easy to follow, informal and with plenty of breaks to ask questions. I now have a new way to network and market my business.

Siobhan Hymes of graphic design agency Inch Punch Design commented;

Jaimie’s workshop answered the questions I had regarding Twitter and how it can help my business. I have gained a greater understanding of the Twitter applications that are out there and now have the confidence to trial them for myself .

Danny Matharu events co-ordinator of the Kirklees Business Conference remarked;

Jaimie’s Twitter workshop helped me to be more efficient with my use of Twitter and thus gain the results I am seeking via using it quicker. The handouts were especially in depth and I’ve already used some of the sites within it and copied the documents for a colleague.

    This is something that a lot of small businesses should be doing. Twitter and many other social media networking sites can really help small businesses grow. I’d come, but Bradford’s too far!
